I purchase it on 24 may 2024. Got installed on 26 may. Hardly I could use it for 2 days. I got defected unit. The company person told that the PCB is defected. I want replace it with another new unit. #suneelmadvani

This raises questions about your company's quality management. How can you sell such poor-quality products?
I want to get it replaced with new ac as soon as possible as I have already faced a lot of trouble because of it.

B24060600135 is my complaint number. I have purchased your 3 star inverter Window ac on 24 of May. And installed on 26 may. I could use it for 2 days only and it has stopped working. I have complained on 1st June and someone of your company visited on 5th June.

The PCB is a very crucial part of an air conditioner. If new AC units come with such defective parts, who will purchase your products?

@bluestarindia1 Disgusting service. I purchased it on 24 May 2024. Installed on 26 and It worked only for 2 days & stopped cooling. I have raised complaint on 1st of June and still waiting for the service man to visit the site and solve the issue. So I would never recommend BS.

A few days back my prepaid phone number hs blocked because of unverified with adhar, but when I have purchased you already verified with adhar, now blocked and forcing me to convert it on post paid with 3 times high bill. Why airtell you people starting cheated people .

30% direct tax will hurts the poor's much more than the riches. 1% TDS will decrease capital in every trade and we have to wait 14 months for claim TDS.

Rich are already in good tax slabs. They will not impacted much.
