In light of current geopolitical disruptions to fuel supply and constraints on supply of LPG, Ministry has issued orders to oil refineries for higher LPG production and using such extra production for domestic LPG use.

The ministry has prioritised domestic LPG supply to households and introduced 25 day inter- booking period to avoid hoarding/black marketing. Non domestic supplies from imported LPG is being prioritised to essential non domestic sectors such as Hospitals and Educational institutions.

For LPG supply to other non-domestic sectors, a committee of three EDs of OMCs have been constituted to review the representations for LPG supply to restaurants/hotels/other industries.

इंडिगो की फ्लाइट हुई कैंसल… पिता बन गए हीरो! रातभर 800 किमी दौड़ाई कार, बेटे को पहुंचाया इंदौर. असल में कुछ दिनों से इंडिगो की उड़ाने रद्द हो रही हैं। जिसकी वजह से देशभर में हाहाकार मचा हुई है। इस दौरान बड़ी संख्या में लोगों को पेरशानियों को सामना करना पड़ रहा है। वहीं हरियाणा के रोहतक के एक परिवार को भी परेशानी झेलनी पड़ी। उसके बाद पिता ने कार से बेटे को इंदौर पहुंचाया। 

🔴बता दें कि रोहतक के मायना गांव की पंघाल परिवार को भी इंडिगो की फ्लाइट रद्द होने की वजह से परेशानी उठानी पड़ी। पेशे से वकील राजनारायण पंघाल ने एक ही रात में 800 किमी का सफर तय किया, ताकि उनके बेटे का इंदौर में पेपर दे पाए। रा���नारायण के बेटे के प्री बोर्ड एग्जाम थे। राजनारायण ने बताया कि उनके 17 साल का बेटा आशीष इंदोर में 12वीं में पढ़ता है। वह छुट्टी पर घर आया था। उनका बेटा शूटिंग का खिलाड़ी भी है और 8 दिसंबर को उसका एग्जाम था। ऐसे में वह छह दिसंबर को दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट पहुंचे तो पता चला कि इंदौर की फ्लाइट कैंसल हो गई है. फिर उन्होंने सोचा कि अब तो बेटा इंदौर पहुंच नहीं पाएगी और उसके जो अवार्ड मिलना था वो भी नहीं मिल पाएगा। उसके बाद राजनारायण ने तय किया कि बेटे को किसी भी तरह इंदौर पहुंचाना है। उन्होंने कार से इंदौर का सफर करने का फैसला लिया. दिल्ली से इंदौर का फासला करीब 800 किमी था। उन्होंने सारी रात कार चलाई और फिर अगली सुबह समय पर इंदौर पहुंचे।

#WATCH | Delhi: Labour and Employment Secretary Sumita Dawra says, "EPFO currently has around 7.5 crore active members who maintain their PF accounts and contribute towards their pension. "We have undertaken significant work in this regard. Claims up to Rs1 lakh have been automated, self-correction mechanisms have been introduced, and unnecessary processes have been eliminated. Additionally, we have integrated databases, reducing the claim processing time to just three days. Our next step is to incorporate UPI into the system. We have received suggestions from the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) regarding this integration and have submitted a proposal for EPFO's consideration. After conducting the necessary testing, we expect to roll out the UPI front end for EPFO claims by the end of May. This will benefit all members, as they will be able to view their EPFO accounts directly in the UPI interface and make auto-claims. The approval process will be instant If the consumer is eligible, ensuring quick credit to their accounts. Stabilizing the centralized database will take around two to three weeks, after which the front end for UPI integration will be ready."
