@indianrailway__ Travel from Delhi to Tanakpur and back by Purnagiri Exp in ACC. 12036/12035 on 17 and 19 Sep. Dirty toilets, coach, seats and dirty tray tables. No cleaning done at night halt. Also long journey with needless multiple stops. No evident change in railways. Regrets
