Finished the Node.js + Express tutorial I've been doing.

Learn enough to get a solid understanding of your field in general, then go real hard on your specific niche so you become so good you cannot be ignored.

Pareto's principle: the top 20% of talent gets paid 80% of the money.

To be successful:

Learn a lot / become specialized in a small / niche thing that is in demand. You can make more money than you'll need to live a very comfortable life.

You don't have to know a lot about everything.
