@real_Kan_Do@NOMalreadytaken I don't know what it is that you were trying to preserve, but something tells me it was more for your convenience than their future.
But eh, at least you get to watch a public execution, isn't that great for the future.
@MorningStar902@Chavez628K@real_Kan_Do@NOMalreadytaken There's no need to believe, since this administration doesn't even try to hide its corruption.
And since this morning, it's also bragging about livestreaming an execution, but sure, keep pretending you care about morality.
@sapphireneelz@VP Nothing. H1B is already supposed to be restricted.
Employers are required to show they couldn’t fill the role with a similarly qualified U.S. worker before turning to a foreign hire.
For offshore however, there's no such thing, yet they seem fine with it.
One can only wonder why.
@sapphireneelz@VP The abuse of offshore work is a massive issue.
Many companies ask their employee to train offshore people just so they can fire them later and keep cheap labor.
@HubertF3H I am not surprised, I just don't like it, I don't think it's a good direction for the IP to add so much busy work.
I also don't know of anyone who didn't get bored/annoyed with repetitive chores after their second or third route in 3H.
@HubertF3H I did all 4 routes in 3 houses by the way. And I'll do the same with fortune weave, when maddening drops.
At least they let you skip SOME of it here, I guess.
@HubertF3H I didn't bring up Metaphor?
Regardless, the bread and butter of FE games has always been the TRPG battles, so when it represents less a third of the gameplay (at least part 1) I'd say that's problematic.
I like support conv personally, and lore exposition, I just hate busy work.
@HubertF3H@Jdawg926 When it interrupts the flow of the game so much that it becomes busy work every week (arena + meal + temple + gift spam) then yes, that's a problem.
No other game before 3H had that and recruitment felt more deserved.
That isn't to say everything is bad with 3H/FW of course.
@Stealth40k I really wish they had brought back the "old ways" of recruiting, which were a lot more fun, each being like a mini puzzle.
I agree that past the first route, it's a pain. I don't mind listening to support conv etc, but don't have me run around to spam arena/meal/gift...
@MugenLord Then play Engage? It's got some of the best gameplay and pretty challenging maps in hardest difficulty, and all the social stuff is optional.
@SonicHero3D Games are worth the price people are willing to pay for it.
Also, You could get the first one for $50, and the second one for $70 (even physically).
Which is what a lot of people paid for them.
@KatieScarlet13 "You're all brainwashed because he is a great man".
And somehow all the positive answers have the same level of reflection... seriously...
Consider providing arguments if you want serious answers. Otherwise, you're just another troll/bot pretending to care.
@YDhisKolaveri@HimalayVaasi@lordofwar0404@JDVance@kangminlee How does that matter that their PPP is better in India? That doesn't negate the fact that American companies hire offshore because it's cheaper than hiring local.
It also says nothing about "better".
Short term gains are unfortunately the name of the game here.
@YDhisKolaveri@HimalayVaasi@lordofwar0404@JDVance@kangminlee Nope. it's just because it's cheaper.
There are obviously good devs in other countries, but the good ones don't need to work remote for a company on the other side of the world.
And they don't need to lie on their resume.
