BREAKING: Donald Trump gets horrible news as a coalition of prominent media outlets formally requests that the judge overseeing his historic election interference case allow cameras in the courtroom.

Normally, public cameras are banned in federal court. Of course, this is not a normal criminal case and an incredibly compelling case can be made that Americans have a right to watch every second of it.

"We have never, in the history of our Nation, had a federal criminal trial that warrants audiovisual access more than the federal prosecution of former President Trump for allegedly trying to subvert the will of the people," reads the filed application.

"The prosecution of a former president, now a presidential contender, on charges of subverting the electoral process, presents the strongest possible circumstances for continuous public oversight of the justice system," it goes on.

The media coalition includes heavy-hitters like The New York Times, Univision, and The Associated Press. They argue that the ban on cameras is based on "outdated and long disproven views about recording and broadcasting trials."

Crucially, they argue that a broadcast will contribute towards "helping to secure public confidence in the outcome of the case.”

BREAKING: Trump is hit with brutal news as CNN reveals that New York Judge Arthur Engoron just slapped Trump with a gag order forbidding Trump from personally attacking his courtroom staff on social media after Trump went after his clerk.

The judge didn’t hold back, declaring, “This morning, one the defendants posted on a social media account a disparaging untrue and personally identifying post about a member of my staff. Although I have since ordered the post deleted and apparently it was, it was also emailed out to millions of other recipients. Personal attacks of any member of my court staff are unacceptable, inappropriate and I will not tolerate them.”

The judge continued, “Consider this statement an order forbidding all parties from posting, emailing or speaking publicly about any members of my staff. Failure to abide by this … will result in serious sanctions.”

According to CNN, Donald Trump looked straight ahead and refused to look the judge in the eye as the judge read his order and reprimanded him.

Trump posted on Truth Social Tuesday attacking Engoron’s clerk, claiming she was a “girlfriend” to Democratic Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer — even though reporters have found zero evidence to back this claim up.

Monday, Trump also went after the clerk, declaring, “And this rogue judge, a Trump hater. The only one that hates Trump more is his associate up there. The person that works with him. She’s screaming into his ear almost every time we ask a question. A disgrace. It’s a disgrace.”

Kudos to the judge for holding Trump accountable and not giving him any special treatment.

BREAKING: Trumper Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders is caught in a massive new scandal as reporters reveal that she spent a whopping $20,000 of taxpayer money on a podium that was never delivered — and then tried to cover it up by abusing her power.

It all started when it was revealed that she wasted $20,000 on the wooden podium. Then, the Arkansas Republican Party swooped in and paid for the podium in order to save her from the growing scandal — and Huckabee Sanders quickly got a law passed that would block the public from knocking what she had spent their money on.

Unfortunately for Huckabee Sanders, the scandal was only just beginning, and about to get MUCH worse for her, because a REPUBLICAN lawmaker smelled a rat and immediately demanded that the Legislative Audit of Arkansas initiate a full audit of her podium purchase — and every single another purchase that she had made with taxpayer dollars.

Now, reporters, auditors, and ethics organizations are accusing Huckabee Sanders of using the $20,000 of taxpayer money to pay a friend’s company — and that it appears that the podium was never even delivered.

To make matters worse, they claim that Sanders show used taxpayer money to fly her friend, who happens to be one of the organizers of Trump’s January 6 insurrection, to Paris to join her on a trip.

I’m other words, Huckabee-Sanders inflated the price of a wooden podium that appears to have never even been delivered, funneled the taxpayer money to an insurrectionist friend, and then tried to hide the purchase from taxpayers and reporters.

Simply deplorable…

It all started when host Whoopi Goldberg declared, “For years, I have mentioned that you-know-who was just playing at being a real estate tycoon and his competition show 'The Apprentice.'”

Host Joey Behar jumped in, stating, “What a loser he is!” — sending the other hosts and audience into a fit of laughter.

This is how crazy it is. He inflated the value of Mar-a-Lago by 2,300%. That would be like saying my two-bedroom apartment is a multi-floor penthouse. An average person would be in jail for doing it. Here's the thing, because I do know the man decently well. He thinks that being a loser or being poor or struggling financially are the absolute worst things. He never learned that playground lesson that winning isn't everything. I honestly think seeing the sign on Trump Tower taken off Fifth Avenue would be more deafening to him than sitting in a prison cell because it says unequivocally that he is a loser."

BREAKING: Indicted 2024 Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump gets devastating news as CNN drops Wenesday bombshell, reveals that Special Counsel Jack Smith just scored a massive win as federal judge Tanya Chutkan announces that she is turning down Trump’s request that she refuse herself from Smith’s case against Trump for trying to steal Biden’s win.

This is brutal news for Trump because Judge Chutkan has been an outspoken critic of Trump’s serial criminality, believes that he orchestrated the January 6 insurrection, and has handed down some of the toughest, longest sentences against Trump’s fellow January 6 insurrectionists.

Given her earlier rulings, and the overwhelming evidence that Special Counsel Jack Smith has, today’s ruling by Judge Chutkan spells a certain conviction and likely prison time for Trump.

BREAKING: Trump’s daughter-in-law Lara Trump defies the family of rock legend Tom Petty, announces that she is releasing a cover of Petty’s “Won’t Back Down” hit — even though Petty’s estate already sent Trump a cease and desist for using Petty’s music.

But it gets even worse…

Lara Trump was asked by reporters what she thought about the Petty family not wanting her to cover Tom Petty’s music — and her answer left a lot to be desired.

She defiantly declared, “I don’t got no message for the Petty family because I don’t even think about them.”

Keep it classy, Lara Trump.

To make matters worse, after Donald Trump used the song at a 2020 campaign rally, Petty’s family immediately slapped Trump with a cease and desist, putting Trump on notice that, “Both the late Tom Petty and his family firmly stand against racism and discrimination of any kind. Tom Petty would never want a song of his used for a campaign of hate. He liked to bring people together. Tom wrote this song for the underdog, for the common man and for EVERYONE. We believe in America and we believe in democracy, but Donald Trump is not representing the noble ideals of either. We would hate for fans that are marginalized by this administration to think we are complicit in this usage.”

Assign insult to injury for Trump, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers founding member Benmont Tench III also piled on Trump, declaring, “I in no way approve of Trump even whistling any piece of music associated with our band. I hope that’s clear enough.”

BREAKING: Donald Trump throws a desperate Hail Mary pass to save himself by formally demanding that renowned U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan recuse herself from his 2020 election case.

The shady attorneys working for the indicted ex-president cited statements that Chutkan made while sentencing previous January 6th defendants as supposed "proof" that she's biased. In truth, her remarks only demonstrate that she respects and upholds the law.

"Judge Chutkan has, in connection with other cases, suggested that President Trump should be prosecuted and imprisoned," wrote Trump's attorneys.

Obviously, they refused to admit that their client should be prosecuted and imprisoned for trying to illegally overthrow American democracy. Anyone who understands the law would agree.

"Such statements, made before this case began and without due process, are inherently disqualifying," they went on. "Although Judge Chutkan may genuinely intend to give President Trump a fair trial—and may believe that she can do so—her public statements unavoidably taint these proceedings, regardless of outcome."

These outrageous complaints could perhaps be given more credence if Trump hadn't already spent the past few months constantly attacking every judge assigned to one of his numerous cases. This is his only strategy.

Trump and his lawyers can't win their cases on merit so they resort to smears and screeching complaints. None of it will save them.

Judge Chutkan should not recuse herself.

She should deliver justice.

BREAKING: Donald Trump absurdly reveals the person he REALLY wants to have a debate with and it's not Joe Biden or any of the other Republican candidates who he refused to confront at the recent primary debate.

During a conversation on right-wing hack Hugh Hewitt's radio show, Trump bizarrely stated that he "would love" to have a debate with Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex.

Trump has spent years insulting Markle and her husband Prince Harry. Hewitt asked if he would be interested in having a face-to-face conversation with them.

"They don’t like you much. Would you do that for the ratings?" asked Hewitt.

Trump insisted that he "didn’t know that they don’t like me" even though he has said in the past that Markle was "nasty" about him.

"If you want to set it up, let’s set it up. Let’s go do something. I’ll... I’d love to debate her. I would love it," said Trump. "I disagree so much with what they’re doing."

Conservatives on both sides of the Atlantic have been relentlessly attacking Markle for years. They claim that it's because she has disrespected the monarchy but the truth is that they just like attacking her because she's a biracial woman.

It should go without saying that Markle, a well-educated and erudite woman, would easily destroy the ignorant and inarticulate Trump.

BREAKING: Donald Trump gets shockingly bad news as the state of New Hampshire announces that it is "now carefully reviewing the legal issues involved" behind calls to remove Trump's name from the state's 2024 ballot — an apocalyptic scenario for the former president.

In a bombshell joint statement, New Hampshire Attorney General John M. Formella and Secretary of State David M. Scanlan stated that they are "aware of public discourse regarding the potential applicability" of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

This particular section disqualifies those who have taken an oath to support the Constitution from ever running for office again if they have "engaged in insurrection or rebellion."

Some Republicans are even pushing for Trump's removal from the ballot. Bryant "Corky” Messner, a Senate nominee who was actually endorsed by Trump, used the Amendment section to question Trump's eligibility.

While Formella and Scanlan insist that no decision has yet been made, the mere fact that this idea is now being publicly floated by the state's top officials is a terrible sign for MAGA.

The simple fact is that Trump should be barred from holding office ever again. He's a traitor and given the chance he will try to overthrow our democracy again.

BREAKING: Iconic rapper Eminem puts 2024 Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy on notice that he must stop using his music to promote his campaign immediately — or else face consequences.

The feud started when Ramaswamy went viral after embarrassing himself by jumping on stage at the Iowa State Fair and rapping along to Eminem’s “Lose Yourself,” the lead song of the soundtrack for the movie Eight Mile.

This infuriated Eminem, who is a “woke” rapper who stands firmly against Ramaswamy’s extremist, bigoted beliefs and dangerous rhetoric targeted against Black and Hispanic Democratic Congressional leaders.

Eminem immediately called his label, BMI, and had BMI send Ramaswamy and his campaign a blistering letter threatening to take legal action against Ramaswamy if he ever uses his music again to promote his extremist presidential campaign. In the letter, BMI reveals that Eminem strongly “objects” to Ramaswamy using his songs — and that any future use of Eminem songs of will result in a “breach” that Eminem and BMI will seek legal “remedies” over.

Laughably, Ramaswamy just responded to Eminem’s threat by announcing that he will no longer use Eminem’s music — and that he only did so because Eminem is an “underdog” just like him. What Ramaswamy didn’t mention is that he grew up in wealthy household that is far removed from the struggles that Eminem overcame growing up in a trailer on the “otherwise of the tracks” in Detroit.

Maybe if Ramaswamy had actually paid attention when he watched Eight Mile, he would have understood that his own story is nothing like Eminem’s — and that Eminem would have NEVER endorsed his divisive, bigoted, pro-Trump presidential campaign.

BREAKING: Donald Trump suffers a crushing humiliation as a Georgia judge sets a $200,000 bond for him in the damning Fulton County case — making him the first president in history to be treated like a common criminal.

But it gets so much worse for Trump...

The "consent bond order" also bars Trump from intimidating witnesses in his case or communicating with his co-defendants in the case. That means he won't be able to scheme with them in back rooms to get his convoluted story straight.

Resisting the urge to intimidate witnesses is going to be an especially difficult task for Trump, who has regularly been doing just that in unhinged Truth Social posts. He's acting like a mafia boss and now he's being treated like one.

This news is particularly damaging for Trump as he struggles to keep his 2024 presidential campaign on the rails. Each time there is a development in the case, it reinforces to Americans that this man is a ruthless criminal — and the last person who should ever be given the powers of the presidency.

Asked about the fact that his posts attacking prosecutors are putting him in "peril" and making problems for him legally, she zeroed in on what makes him tick.

She predicted that Trump is "not going to be able to stop himself."

"There has been a really interesting shift over the last few months or couple of years," she said. "The way in which he is presenting himself in social media, the kind of attacking nature, and the aggressiveness, that used to be a strategy for him."

"You know, he used to throw temper tantrums strategically to get his way," she went on. "It is not strategy anymore."

"He is literally doing what he has done in other contexts, which is pushing the envelope to see how much he could get away with, which obviously, until this time, has been everything," she continued.

"But, the unconscious fear, terror, and especially if you have a fear of humiliation is so strong, that he cannot course correct and realize that what he's always done is, this time, not going to get him what he wants. In fact, quite the opposite," Ms. Trump concluded.

She absolutely nailed it. Trump is not conducting some elaborate PR strategy to save himself. He's lashing out like a cornered rat, unable to stop himself. In the end, he's going to be his worst enemy.

BREAKING: Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy is humiliated after the floor of Congress erupts, chanting, "Shame shame, shame!” at McCarthy after he censured Democratic Congressman Adam Schiff over his investigations into Donald Trump.

ABC News reports that McCarthy tried to control the outburst against him, but “the banging of his gavel could barely be heard over Democrats yelling that the move was a "disgrace" and more.
