@Uber_Support my daughter has been massively overcharged, £30 for a trip that usually costs £15 maximum. (The reversed trip quoted £10) I have paid for the fare as her account is linked to my bank card. She has not received a reply email yet after three days please assist me

@NQ64ArcadeBars did anyone else receive their #BlackFriday vouchers without the double value? I bought three £25 vouchers expecting them to be credited for £50 each. They weren't. Awaiting a response from an email and a DM both sent earlier today.
