@SynthPotato@pcgamer Does nobody remember that GTA IV only had "story" trailers? Gameplay was only ever shown behind closed doors and the general public had to wait until the game came out. Not a big deal; builds hype this way IMO. Insane not to trust Rockstar at this point.
Uncharted 4 turns 10! One of the coolest pieces in my collection is this incredible ink illustration by Simon Prades that is used in the opening credits of the game. Thank you @Naughty_Dog@Neil_Druckmann@bruce_straley for this incredible adventure.

Sanzaru Games (Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, Asgard's Wrath) had pitched a Jak & Daxter remake/remaster to Sony a "long while back", according to senior animator Travis Howe.
Sony wasn't involved and didn't commission the pitch.

You know how us gamers always cite how video games are now a bigger business than Hollywood and music? Vince Zampella and his games, his stories, helped steer the industry toward that success.

I cannot believe I am writing this.
Vince Zampella, a titan of the video game industry, the co-creator of Call of Duty and co-founder of Respawn Entertainment, not to mention a dear friend, died in a car crash yesterday in Los Angeles.
In a franchise full of memorable characters, none made me laugh and smile more than Captain Qwark.
Jim Ward’s performance was incredible and I’m grateful for all the memories. RIP King.
16 years ago, got to see my first Naughty Dog game ship. This game was a hell if a lot of fun to make, a great alignment of a team with something to prove and freedom to just cook. I’m so lucky I got to see “what good looks like” so early in my career. Shout outs to the old dogs!
