It's really fucking sad how older devices become less capable purely because of some software update fake manufactured issues and not because of some actual physical degradation. Humanity does not deserve technology...
How I make games in C:
-hardly ever use pointers
-no pointer arithmetic
-all source files are included in main.c
-most systems are global arrays of structs
-use an int index instead of pointers to other entities

@FreyaHolmer So many programmers go without teaching, other than half arsed mentoring, their entire careers. Thank you for being one of the good ones so early on. I need to do better myself - 16 years in games and nothing much contributed.
And a lot of it has a belief that USB-C is somehow anti-Apple.
Reality: Apple (& Intel) designed USB-C.
The USB-Implementers Forum is responsible for USB-4, USB-PD, and many others. There are a lot of companies on the USB-IF, including Apple!

We also want to take this opportunity to thank the brilliant people from @sn_systems for their fantastic support over the years.

"Why am I responsible for my game crashing?" is hard for me to hear. It feels like an insult to decades of hard won technical excellence. We clearly need to do a better job of teaching the fundamentals to the next generation. But I get it. "Why do I need to pick up my things?"
