@NYCTSubway It was an employee at 149th and 3rd, the trains weren’t running, I went to ask him where the shuttle bus was. When I did so he yelled and cursed at me and said “just go to the fucking bus” when I simply was trying to ask where the bus was.

@MTA I was at the 149th and 3rd Avenue train stop on Saturday 10/14/2023. The train was not running to manhattan but there was a shuttle bus. I asked an MTA worker about the shuttle bus because I was confused about it. When I asked him about the bus and simply asked at 7:20 am
