In front of you is Cecil Ouma, a student at TUK Nairobi campus. Our boy was asked to gather Tutam Youth supporters for an empowerment event for PS Fikirini Jacobs. He mobilized about 60 youths. The PS came, took photos for his PR and then handed kshs 10,000 for Ouma to share with the youths. Meaning, each youth was supposed to receive 167bob pesa Taslimu,, Chesaa!!

The youths refused to take the money claiming they had waited for the ps the whole day and they forced Ouma to go back to the PS to ask for more money. Ouma entered the PS car and never made it out alive. The bodyguard of the PS shot him on the kahasho sending him direct to Paradiso State lodge.

Imagine Dying for kshs 167 after shouting Tutam for a whole day, kweli Walala Hoii hatuna letu. May our boy Cecil rest in Eternal Peace. Kama kawa sisi walala hoii Leo tukona maoni, we Must call out that Fraud PS.

Cecil Ouma’s last moments with PS Fikirini before the PS bodyguard pumped his chest with bullets while seated inside the PS’s car.

As Ouma’s body was going to the morgue, the PS went to buy new clothes, as those he had were stained by Ouma’s blood.
