זהו עוד ביטוי לכאוס בלשכת ראש הממשלה, שכבר עומדת במוקד חקירות וחשדות חמורים הנוגעים לקשרים עם גורמים זרים. ראש ממשלה אחראי היה מרחיק מסביבתו יועץ שמעורב בפרשות כאלה מזמן, ולא מאפשר לו להמשיך להסתובב בקודש הקודשים של מדינת ישראל.
