I only see this on your timeline. If say, this was done by even some low level BJP affiliated guy, we can be sure it will be all over social media and media directly accusing PM Modi himself of brutality against women. All the right influencers, especially women, will be talking about it for days. While BJP seems to have improved its social media recently, I think still a long way to go to create sticky narratives like the opposition does. They are doing it as good as China.
