FRISCO: Karmelo Anthony BLM protest is heating up outside the Frisco court house
Random supporters are approaching white people like myself and screaming at us
Lots of anti-white racial slurs being thrown around. I’ve already been threatened and assaulted along with my crew
@CityOfDoverDE@DonyaleForDE As a supporter, I'm still glad you are all here and attempting to pursue balanced reporting. I think that you've done a fair job and certainly better than the News Journal or Delaware State News to name two. It's clear that some Spotlight reporters are strong advocates of people that are in our county illegally, and of the homeless. To tell those stories are important but only if the other considerations are disclosed as well.
I see that Media Bias/Fact Check lists Spotlight as left of center and that you are known for "loaded words" (something that I have contacted you about just after first signing up). Maggie Reynolds' March 3rd report on "Dover leaders deny downtown homeless shelter funding, express concerns" has a few doozies. She claims that City Leaders turned their ire towards the Peoples Church. She sympathizes that Sue Harris had to defend against the attacks of City Leaders. Ms Reynolds also informed us that Fred Neil railed against the shelter. Admittedly, not as bad as the stereotyping of Senator Buckson arriving at the property in a large pickup wearing an American Flag hat (August 14th), Ms Reynolds is starting to show us her Report for America Corp leanings. I hope that she (and all of you) can understand what I'm trying to say, and how I'm trying to say it in a supportive way.
Look, Spotlight; I'm old and need to spend what time I have left on more joyous pursuits. But I want you to succeed and be true to what you say you are trying to accomplish. Please allow me to read or hear your reporting on Delaware interests without cringing about your left-leaning slants.

@spotlight302 José Ignacio Castañeda Perez is a very capable journalist, but he is also an advocate for people who have illegally entered the US.

This is how thousands of Palestinians cheered and celebrated on 9/11, which resulted in the loss of 2,977 innocent lives.
Just as they celebrated on October 7th.
Don't you ever forget.
@rep_mcbride Delaware is a sanctuary state, even now pushing more bills through the Legislature to protect illegal aliens. The state allows even encourages non- residents to vote, and of course they vote for you. Our Governor stands to threaten ICE with consequences if they operate here, and You along with your Delaware colleagues would rather break the law than actually try to do anything productive for legal, taxpaying Delawareans. You wear your ideology like a cape while ignoring facts. @ChrisCoons@SenLBR@delawareonline
When I I look back on my first year in office, while there's too often dysfunction in Congress, I'm proud that I've been able to deliver critical investments for Delaware, deliver critical funding that is owed to individual Delawareans, and at the same time push back on the cruelty and the corruption of the Trump administration and Republicans in Congress.
