thanks roblox for reminding me 12 DAYS LATER that my account was automatically TERMINATED by an AI with NO WARNING over something i apparently said in Adopt Me or MM2, without even telling me what exactly i said.

i’ve also recently submitted a ROA request to get more info about my account. to everyone else who’s been affected or banned for this same bs reason, let’s help each other out and hopefully get our accounts manually reviewed by an ACTUAL HUMAN and handled fairly. 🙏😁

Roblox is having a MASSIVE false positive AI ban wave which is affecting tens of thousands of Roblox players worldwide. Be extremely careful with what you say, even what you think is allowed could get flagged, for example, I've seen the word "dollhouse" get hundreds of people banned for "terrorism/extremism"
I personally have lost $25,000+ worth of robux, limiteds, and other items from my accounts collectively. I was banned for harmful content/behavior and given 3 chat evidence IDs that tell me nothing about why I was banned. Upon emailing their support for more information, I learned it was allegedly voice chat related and child endangerment. What's contradictory though here is that Roblox displayed three chat evidence IDs for my ban, but then claimed that it was actually voice chat activity in the following email? This is how I know something is wrong.

Now it's been 32 days since I've been banned, not yet have I received a response to my initial in app appeal, or a human response which I've asked for numerous times in support tickets. The appeal window is now "closed" and I'm left stranded, and so are tens of thousands of others who share the same fate as me yet aren't on X posting about it.

Were you given a Chat Evidence ID with nothing else to work with❓

I recently dealt with this but was later untermed (took 14 Days). This is what I did to get untermed (IT MIGHT NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE BUT IT DOESN'T HURT TO TRY)

Step 1: Request your Right of Access (ROA)

- In your request just say "I would like to request my Right of Access & get my Chat Logs"
- After doing this you will receive an email asking to prove your ownership to the account, after doing this they will process your request and send you your ROA (can take up to 48 hours)

Step 2: Review your Chat Logs (IMPORTANT)

- Copy your Chat Evidence ID and search through the file you're given and make sure to thoroughly read through the messages that were flagged.

Step 3: Appealing

- You will appeal through the subcategory "I was moderated for content or assets I created"
- You do not need to provide a Asset ID as this is a Chat Evidence Termination

- Template Example (I sorta used this):

Hello my account was recently terminated for Harmful Content/Behavior. I was given the following Chat Evidence ID:(put your chat evidence ID here). After Getting my ROA and reviewing my chat logs I was falsely banned.
In the conversation that was flagged I said the following:
| You wanna describe the conversation right here and let them know exactly what you said |
I would like to get a Manual Human Review for this case. I can also send in screenshots of my Chat Logs that prove that I did nothing wrong. Thank you so much

Roblox's support bot says my case should be reviewed because I appealed on time.
Yesterday I got another "response" saying they won't review me because 30 days have passed (again) so now the bot suggests sending a MIDR

Roblox's own support bot recognized my case and confirmed that if I appealed within the 30 days but got an answer after 30 days, I have grounds to request a review

Finally some real progress after 43 days

Well I finally got a human response but they said "it's been more than 30 days so we can't do anything about it".

I did appeal within the 30 days, it isnt my fault they took so long to answer.
