@KHoulgate @digitalparamed @KernowShaun @liambarker In all seriousness why dont you spend a day at your local 111 centre as part of CPD to get to know their practices, it would give you an opportunity to ask alot of questions and bring feedback. Something I wish I would have done back in my old trust whilst I was on the road.

@KHoulgate @digitalparamed @KernowShaun @liambarker Well it must be different where you are because if here we would have thoroughly explored the question first and only if we could 100% not get past the question would we put it through and even then we would look for alternative transport like family friends car etc

@digitalparamed @KernowShaun @liambarker Appropriate answer. Call handlers also seek advise from clinicians so critical thinking is being used in all aspects. So you're right something doesnt add up... or most likely this isnt the whole picture of information.

@digitalparamed @KernowShaun @liambarker Critical thinking along with the algorithms. It's not just a case of follow the questions and do what the computer says, at least it's not here in wales. It is hard when you have to go off what pts say also but we ask around the question alot to be sure we have got the 2/

@digitalparamed @KernowShaun @liambarker I agree. I work for 111 wales and I have been on the road paramedic for 10 years on the other side of the coin. It's easy to make assumptions about 111 without full knowledge of how it works and hold my hands up and say I used to be one of them but clinicians are here using 1/

Dolgarrog is my closest station, an invaluable access route to all surrounding communities. As someone who prefers to use public transport in aid of the environment this would be a tragic loss if this was to happen. Please @KenSkatesMS help us stop this.

@KenSkatesMS @Amanwy - the newly re-built Dolgarrog station on @LeinDconwyVLine would be 8 mile by road from Dolgarrog & @AdvParcSnowdon if this foot/cycle access bridge is closed by @DwrCymru!
If invested in properly it would link the community & tourism to greener/active travel
