@laf131 @FitFounder That's fine. Just make sure you do the lite ice cream option. using almond milk makes it more ice than cream because of the lack of fat.

@laf131 @FitFounder It isn't if you like milk-ice ish icecream. the trick is with protein powders, mix it first as if you were making a shake, then freeze it. I use my fav choc protein powder, raw milk, and a tbsp of cacao. you can add other stuff like collagen or even ice cubes to add volume
