Whatever theory you might invent, FNs have been abundantly clear: they regard separation as a rupture of the Treaties. They will not accept it. They will resist it. And that resistance will lead to endless legal action, plus massive economic and social disruption.

So with all due respect, your peculiar view on this is perfectly irrelevant. All that is relevant is the reaction of the Treaty rights holders. And you’re not one of them.
