#Autism and #financialliteracy : A Thread.
Financial independence is key to happiness and reducing stress. I've learnt a lot from my mistakes, how my behaviour and communication issues has affected my finances. (Accountancy grad, too)

@benking01 Agree with that! But my experience was also incompetence and passing of responsibility. Without fail, every year, our timetables were 2-3 weeks late and would change with no notice. I think @OpenUniversity is going to be the way to go in the future.
@benking01 It just goes to show how poorly run universities are. 6 years at Uni and never had the right timetables/tutor time/resources, etc. Can’t imagine how awful it is now with Covid on top. An absolute disgrace.

Going to sleep if you’re an adult that has hyperactivity, is similar to when a small child keeps getting out of bed with excuses and their grown-up has to keep sending them back, but you’re both the grown-up and the small child.
I've come to the conclusion that the sole purpose of homework is to condition children into accepting that unpaid overtime and ridiculous hours and not even being able to escape work even in your own home are a normal things to expect in their future.
