Most product ads look the same.

Show the product. List the benefits. Add “Buy now.”

I wanted to try something different with this toothpaste ad.

Instead of just selling the product, I focused on the feeling, story and visual experience.

Poverty is hard enough. Why refuse to plan for what you can afford?

"If you really make money from it, why are you teaching it?"

This is one of those statements that sounds smart... until you actually do the math.

The assumption behind it is that if you've discovered a way to make money, the smartest thing to do is hide it forever.

But that's not always the best play, and it is not how business works. You have to play the best leverage. Let me explain:

Let's use simple numbers.

If I charge ₦250,000 to set up and manage Facebook ads for a client, I need 2 clients to make ₦500,000.

Sounds good.

But now I'm responsible for strategy, meetings, revisions, WhatsApp messages at odd hours, and all the drama that comes with client work.

I've made ₦500k, but I don't like the stress.

Now let's flip it.

If I package everything I know into a course and sell it for ₦50,000, I only need 10 buyers to make the same ₦500,000.

Which is basically the same amount of money, but with far less ongoing work.

The skill did not stop working, it is just that knowledge scales better than labor.

But here's another important part that most people miss...

The person who buys the course can go on and sign just 2 clients at ₦250,000 each and make the same ₦500,000.

Nobody lost.

I made money because I packaged my experience.

They make money because they applied it.

It is how leverage works.

The funny thing is, nobody asks a doctor why he teaches medicine in a university while still practicing.

Because deep down, people already understand that teaching and doing are two different business models.

But the moment it's a course, suddenly everyone becomes an economist.

The truth is this:

A lot of people don't actually have a problem with courses. They have a problem believing that one person can make money from something and still be willing to teach it to others.

But that's a scarcity mindset.

If I know how to run ads...

I can run ads for clients.

I can run ads for my own business.

I can teach people how to run ads.

I can build software around ads.

I can consult.

I can speak at events.

It's the same skill, and can be monetized in different ways - and i will still stand profitable.

You simply don't become less wealthy because you created another revenue stream.

so the main question is:

If a skill can make money both by doing it and by teaching it, why would a smart entrepreneur deliberately limit themselves to only one source of income?

It has an attention problem.
