Summer may be heading towards an end,  but is your office ready for the autumn rush?

Sustainability isn’t a tick box. It’s part of how we think, plan, and deliver.

We’ve helped schools and businesses cut paper waste, save energy, and switch to smarter systems, all without sacrificing performance.

The future of print is green, and we are proud to be part of that.

It’s not just what we do - it’s how we do it that makes the difference.

At Parallel, we’ve built our reputation on delivering a fast, responsive service that our clients can rely on.

Every solution we provide is tailored to the needs of the business we’re working with - no one-size-fits-all packages, just setups that work in the real world.

We believe in honest advice, even if that means telling you something you might not expect, and we focus on building long-term relationships rather than chasing quick wins.

Fast, responsive service. Tailored solutions. Honest advice. Long-term relationships. That’s the Parallel way.

🎉 Today’s the day - Parallel turns 6! 🎉

From launching in 2020 (in what Gavin calls 'a rabbit hutch of an office') to becoming a thriving group of companies with our own logistics arm, a new head office to call home, and over 100 clients across the UK - it’s been an incredible journey.

We are proud of the service we deliver, the partnerships we’ve built, and the difference we’ve made for our customers. But most of all, we’re grateful to everyone who’s been part of the story so far.

Here’s to the next six years of doing things differently!

This weekend, the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) heads to Donington Park, and our sponsored driver, Aron Taylor-Smith, is ready to race!

As always, we will be cheering him on every step of the way -  if you are watching the races, keep an eye out for Aron's car - and if you're at the track, give him an extra cheer from all of us at Parallel!

How much time does your team spend fixing jams, chasing supplies, or waiting for a service call?

Every lost hour is costing your business, not just in wages, but in productivity, frustration, and missed opportunities.

Our managed print solutions keep your devices running smoothly so your team can focus on the work that actually matters!

Did you know that every print you make with Parallel contributes to global reforestation?

Through our partnership with PrintReleaf, we track the paper consumption of our clients and convert it into equivalent numbers of trees - these trees are then planted in certified reforestation projects around the world.

It's a simple but powerful way to give back to the environment, without any extra effort from you. By printing with Parallel, you're not just getting great printing services - you're also making a positive impact on the planet.

At Parallel, we get a lot of questions about print - and we love answering them!

Our FAQ page covers many of our frequently asked questions and is a great place to look if you want to know more about what we do:-

One question worth asking yourself this week:-

When did you last review your print setup?

Not just the cost, but whether the devices are performing consistently, whether the support contract is actually delivering, and whether you have the reporting in place to make good decisions.

For a lot of businesses, the honest answer is 'not recently', and a lot can change in that time.

We are always happy to have that conversation, and a free print audit is a great place to start.

[Parallel Group Ltd @Parallel_Group_]

Our client, Airbox, came to us with a common challenge - a growing business with a print setup that wasn’t keeping pace.

Fragmented systems, rising costs, and unnecessary admin were slowing things down.

We carried out a full audit and designed a tailored Managed Print Solution to meet their needs.

This led to 32% cost savings, streamlined processes, smarter and more secure printing and a solution that grows with the business.

And the best bit - their team can now focus on what they do best without worrying about print problems.

This weekend, the British Touring Car Championship heads to Knockhill Racing Circuit in Scotland, and our sponsored driver Aron Taylor-Smith is ready to tackle this unique and challenging track.

Knockhill is known for its tight corners, undulating layout, and dramatic elevation changes, making it a true test of driver skill and car setup. It's always an exciting venue for the BTCC!

The Parallel team will be cheering Aron on every step of the way - if you're watching the races, keep an eye out for Aron and join us in wishing him the best of luck!

[Parallel Group Ltd @Parallel_Group_]

Sustainable printing isn’t just good for your business; it sends a strong message to your clients, partners, and employees about the values you stand for.

Through our partnership with PrintReleaf, every page you print on a Parallel-managed device is automatically measured and turned into trees that are planted in certified reforestation projects around the world.

That means you can run your business as usual while actively contributing to global sustainability efforts. For your clients and stakeholders, it’s a commitment to doing business responsibly and thinking about the bigger picture, which can strengthen relationships, build trust, and set you apart from competitors.
