@TimsyGulati07 @Niva_Bupa @policybazaar This is a regular behavior from @policybazaar , no transparency, lack of communication, have to call them daily for updates, my motor claim was approved after 15 days due to their mismanagement, and am still waiting for reimbursement. Never going to buy again from @policybazaar

11 days. Endless calls. Zero accountability. @PolicyBazaar keeps giving contradictory updates, while the insurer says my claim isn’t even approved. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. #ClaimDelay #CustomerServiceFail

11 days since claim intimation and still no resolution. @PolicyBazaar keeps giving a different update every day. Even the workshop says this is their regular experience with them. I strongly advise everyone to not buy insurance through PolicyBazaar. Absolutely pathetic service.
