Thousands of FFs and EMS personnel nationwide lack a collective voice with their employer to advocate for themselves, their families, and the communities they took an oath to protect. We urge Congress to pass this bipartisan legislation to protect the labor rights of workers.
EMS Week is a time to recognize our nation’s paramedics and EMTs for their steadfast response to the needs of their patients and communities. The environment in which you work every day showcases your resilience, dedication and readiness. Thank you and Happy #EMSweek!
Hey everyone. Please send some prayers up for the Deal family, please. Reid was one of the most utmost respected medics in Davidson County, and a long time union brother. He held a lifetime of advice for us "younger folk". We will miss you brother.
Please help us in sending prayers to our FCEMS family, as they lost one of their own. A man who was so much to so many. You will be missed by us all buddy.
Every FF, chief, union rep, health & safety member needs to watch this & share the message! Thank you @IAFFPresident & the team at the IAFF for making this a priority. To all those PFAS Free PPE advocates and groups …Thank you! Keep pushing!
They have more spots open! I've already signed up to donate a double unit at 1400. Something to consider on your Saturday afternoon. Chad always advocated to donate blood, so why don't you? You just might save a life. Come on out and donate some blood.

We awoke this morning to find that DCEMS has lost one of their own. We wish to express our most heartfelt sympathies to this young man's family, friends, and co-workers at DCEMS. You are all in our prayers.
We would like to thank all of the commissioners, and the citizens that listened to us speak at the commissioners meeting this evening. We appreciate you all.
