1/3 What a frustrating travel experience today 😤

My SpiceJet flight SG 674 scheduled to take off at 3:45 PM from Bangalore only departed at 8:00 PM — no clear communication or updates.

Total chaos and poor coordination. This isn’t just a delay — it’s a complete breakdown in SpiceJet and chennai ground handling
Really disappointing from both SpiceJet and Chennai Airport. Passengers deserve better.

2/3 It didn’t get better after landing in Chennai:
•we landed at 9.15 PM at chennai and Aircraft was parked at a remote bay far from the gate
•No wheel chocks and support from ground staff for more than 45 minutes now, so engines couldn’t even be shut down 😳

@TheOfficialSBI I have a long standing relationship with SBI and I have recently noticed , emails from “https://t.co/ISyOnKFhop”have both English and Hindi text in the email ,, why SBI is including Hindi for the users from Non Hindi speaking states ?

@ACTFibernet You need to look into your field service team ..they should be more responsible …they can either come and fix or attend the call and tell the reason why it is getting delayed ..unresponsive brings more frustration to the customer and gives a bad perspective about ACT
