I sent a gift for my mom from UK to India by DHL first time they charge me 49.99GBP in Uk for my this parcel and the value of my parcel is 45GBP and was booked my parcel. Now in india they say in india need to pay 5086INR custom duty for accept this courier.

I called my problem to UK DHL office they told me DHL India how charge you custom duty more than the value of parcel.

Upto 5000INR gift is cutoms free.
And now dhl not give me my parcel.
