It’s been 4 months when I canceled my Etihad international ticket and I yet to receive the refund amount. It’s been 4 months of follow up and @etihad Airways has provided all false commitments so far. Initially around 4 weeks then 1 week then 72 hours. @etihad #fraud? #Service?
