Ladies toilet is unhygienic. No paper towel. No sanitary pads!!! Clogged basin. Bathroom stinks like local bus. Handwash not refilled. Water wasting constantly from one toilet.
Seriously

for this low quality service are we paying for!

Im travelling on train no 20823. Ac 2nd sleeper. A2 coach. And here water is not available on tap. We are facing lots of problems.
There z no water in toilets and basin.
