I find some of this quite elitist😪. My partner always found SLT job labelling amusing= 'highly specialist'. I get that we need to develop in our practice, I just don't necessarily see the value in getting stuck on tiers. I prefer @eyfs4m dynamic/ practical 'zones of practice'. e
