@SciGuySpace I very much see a world where Ariane attempts to make the boosters and fairings recoverable and focus on an extremely low cost upper stage, but other than that I don’t see Ariane 6 getting any more upgrades before a reusable Ariane 7 in ~2033

Anyone else incredibly sus about Starfall? Reminds me a LOT of the Zuma mission. Lot of unexplained stuff like the drone ship landing and long duration upper stage makes me think there was a second payload

@ShuttleAlmanac @NASA This mission was apparently test pilots-only, due to the nature of the mission and it being better to reserve the scientists for surface missions. That leaves Nicole Mann and Jasmin Moghbelli, and both are prime candidates for A4. It also annoys me but that seems to be the reason

@ThePrimalDino @FSlazer @Spaceception It was never actually going to be white, that was a political ask that just never really progressed. Engineering renders as far back as ~2013 show it as orange while public promo was still showing it as white

@ThePrimalDino @KenKirtland17 Would be possible with a major effort to bring LH2 into the fairing, but CH4 has already been done for Intuitive Machines landers. If they really wanted to I could actually see this working by the end of the year

@ThePrimalDino I just don’t see this version of the US government caring enough to spend the money to fix it. We’d be talking about roughly doubling the human spaceflight budget starting tomorrow for at least the next 3 years
