Hi @optimum @OptimumHelp my parents signed up for the optimum phone/internet/phone package. They were told rate would remain same for five years. Its increased 30% within six months. No one picks up phone when calling customer service. Please help

@Tom_Suozzi please assist with removal of an abandoned vehicle from neighborhood. People are throwing garbage in truck now. I've called nassau county abandoned car office multiple times, and was promised it would be taken care of two months ago. Vehicle has expired registration.
