@OK_MobilityCorp I would never use OK Mobility again. Once was enough. Charged £900 for damage to a hire card that we did not cause and even though we have photos to prove this, they will not return the money……how can a company work like this?

@British_Airways Thanks, Steve. We did that as soon as we returned on the 2nd of January and have been hopeful to get it back since then…. Son had his GCSE history book in there which he took with him to do some homework while away amongst all his favourite clothes and shoes 🥲

@NapoInsurance what amazing service!! Our beautiful dog passed away this week and I can truly say that we have been treated with such compassion. The correspondence I have had has been nothing but caring and today we received a rosebush and condolence card. Thank you so so much.
