We’ve previously used Agarwal Packers & Movers in other cities without major issues, but our experience with AIPML Mumbai was completely different. Overpriced, poor packing, unexpected extra charges, non-cooperative staff, and a delivery failure that cost us additional money.

The behaviour during this entire episode was unacceptable. There was rude language, poor communication, and no practical support when we needed it most. The initial interaction with the manager was positive, but resolving the actual problems was disappointing.
