@TheOfficialSBI Come on, the same old story. Contact the branch for further details and that continues even in this pandemic. For your information, I have first contacted the branch, and when the issues didn't resolve then only raise the ticket. Now, again you are diverting to the Branch. Cont.

@TheOfficialSBI I have patience and that is why I have been with SBI last 12 years or so. But this kind of support mechanism won't position you in a favourable manner towards to young generation e.g. my daughter.

But Bank is telling it would be allowed only after 31st March 2021 as 5 FY' hasn't been completed!.
