ఓం నమో వెంకటేశాయగత కొంతకాలంగా శ్రీవారి భక్తులను వేధిస్తున్న ఒకటే సమస్య, 300/- రూపాయల టికెట్లు బుక్ అవ్వలేదు, ఆగస్టు నెలలో బుక్ అవలేదు, సెప్టెంబర్ నెలలో బుక్ అవలేదు, అక్టోబర్ నెలకి బుక్ అవ్వలేదు, నవంబర్ నెలకి బుక్ అవ్వలేదు, డిసెంబర్ నెలకి బుక్ అవ్వట్లేదు,
ఏ time slot select బుక్ చేసిన టికెట్స్ ఖాళీ లేవు వేరే ఒక time slot సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకోండి ఇదే మెసేజ్ వస్తుంది.
ఎంతోకాలంగా 300/- టికెట్లు బుక్ చేసుకుంటూ ఉన్నాం స్వామివారి దర్శనానికి వెళుతూ ఉన్నాం కానీ,
ఎప్పుడూ ఇటువంటి సమస్య ఎదురవలేదు ఏం జరుగుతుంది. కొంతమంది సోషల్ మీడియాలో బయటకు వచ్చి TTD దేవస్ధానం వాళ్లు టికెట్లు అమ్ముకుంటున్నారు టికెట్లు పక్కదారి పట్టిస్తున్నారు ఏదో జరుగుతుంది అంటూ మాట్లాడుతున్నారు, మరి కొంత మంది మనకెందుకులే అని ఇంకొక నెలలో ట్రై చేద్దాంలే అని సర్ది చెప్పుకుంటూ ఉన్నారు.
అసలు విషయం ఏమిటంటే చాలా మంది ట్రావెల్ ఏజెన్సీ వాళ్ళు, టెక్నాలజీ పట్ల కొంత అవగాహన ఉన్న కొంతమంది భక్తులు "MAGIC AUTO FILL" అనే ఒక చిన్న అప్లికేషన్ ద్వారా, ఆటో ఫీల్ క్రోమ్ ఎక్స్టెన్షన్ అనే ఒక చిన్న ఎక్స్టెన్షన్ ద్వారా వేల కొద్ది టిక్కెట్లు సెకండ్లలో బుక్ చేసుకుంటూ ఉన్నారు.
ఈ ప్రాసెస్ ఎలా జరుగుతుంది అంటే మనం ముందుగానే 1.మన పేరు,2. వయస్సు 3.జెండర్ 4.టైప్ ఆఫ్ ఐడి ప్రూఫ్ అలాగే 5
ఆధార్ కార్డు నెంబరు ఈ ఐదు కాలమ్స్ ని ఎంతమంది భక్తులు ఉంటే అంత మందివి అంటే మాక్సిమం 6 మంది వరకు ఆ మ్యాజిక్ ఆటోఫిల్ అనే అప్లికేషన్ లో సేవ్ చేస్తారు.
మనం 10 గంటలకు లాగిన్ అయిన తర్వాత వర్చువల్ క్యూ టైము కంప్లీట్ అవ్వగానే ఆటో ఫిల్ బటన్ మీద క్లిక్ చేయగానే ఒక్క సెకండ్లో అందరి పేర్లు వివరాలు మొత్తం కూడా ఫిల్ అయిపోతాయి వెంటనే పేమెంట్ ఆప్షన్ వచ్చేస్తుంది టికెట్లు బుక్ చేసేసుకుంటారు.
అదే మనం ఈ వివరాలన్నీ మాన్యువల్ గా ఫీల్ చేయాలంటే కనీసం రెండు నుంచి మూడు నిమిషాల సమయం తీసుకుంటుంది ఈ లోపు టికెట్లు అన్నీ అయిపోతాయి.

టీటీడీ వాళ్ళు ఈ విషయాన్ని గమనించారు కానీ అంత సీరియస్ గా తీసుకోలేదు. కానీ సోషల్ మీడియాలో ఎప్పుడైతే గత నెల రోజుల నుంచి కొంతమంది ఎక్కువగా సోషల్ మీడియాలో టిటిడి పట్ల వ్యతిరేకంగా మాట్లాడుతున్నారో, అప్పటినుండి టీటీడీ కొంత రియలైజ్ అయింది. ఎక్కడ లోపం జరుగుతుందో పూర్తిగా గమనించింది. వెంటనే ఈ MAGIC ఆటోఫిల్ అనే ఈ ఆప్షన్ ని డిసేబుల్ చేసింది.
ఇక ఎవరూ కూడా మ్యాజిక్ ఆటో ఫిల్ అనే ఆప్షన్ ద్వారా ఒకేసారి భక్తులు వివరాలు ఫిల్ చేయలేరు.
గతంలో IRCTC WEBSITE లో కూడా ఈ మ్యాజిక్ ఆటోఫిల్డ్ విధానం ఉండి కొంతమంది టికెట్లు ఒకేసారి బుక్ చేస్తూ ఎక్కువ మందికి టికెట్లు బుక్ చేసుకుంటూ ఉండేవారు.
ఆ తర్వాత ఈ విషయం ఐ ఆర్ సి టి వారి దృష్టికి వచ్చిన తర్వాత పూర్తిగా దానిని మ్యాజిక్ ఆటో ఫిల్ ఆప్షన్ ని పూర్తిగా డిజేబుల్ చేసింది. ఎవరైనా సరే మ్యాన్యువల్ గా డీటెయిల్స్ ఇచ్చి ఫిల్ చేసుకోవాల్సిందే.
అయితే ఇంతకాలానికి టీటీడీ వాళ్ళు ఈ మ్యాజిక్ ఆటో ఫిల్ OPTION నిషేధించడం హర్షించదగ్గ పరిణామం. ఇకనుంచి సామాన్య భక్తులకు అలాగే మొబైల్ ఫోన్లో టికెట్స్ బుక్ చేసుకునే అందరికీ కూడా కొంతవరకు టికెట్లు దొరికే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.

Dhruv had gone to the Costco store in Seattle.

Outside the store, he saw a small boy, barely five years old. In his hands were packets of chips and a small board - on it was written, "For Scout Charity Fund - one packet for $20"

People were passing by him.

With the innocence and confidence of a five-year-old, he was stopping one person after another:

"Would you like a packet?"

Some were buying.
Many were smiling politely and saying, "No, thank you."

But the little boy did not look disappointed.
He would just smile, turn to the next person, and try again.

Dhruv stopped and bought a packet from him.

The boy smiled happily and said, "Thank you!"

Out of curiosity, Dhruv asked him,

"How many more packets do you have to sell? And how long will you stay here?"

His answer is something Dhruv and perhaps all of us will remember forever.

"Until 100 people say no."

Dhruv was surprised.

That's when the teacher standing next to him said:

"It's not important how many packets he sold. What's important is that at this age, he should learn to hear 'no'... to accept it... and still have the courage to ask the next person."

What a lesson that was!

We spend so much time teaching our children only how to be successful.

Study hard.
Come first.
Win the competition.
Get selected.
Get more.

But perhaps the biggest gift we can give them is teaching them how to handle failure.

How to hear 'no' without losing confidence.

How to face rejection without feeling like a loser.

Not being afraid to get up again after falling.

Understanding that one rejection doesn't mean your worth is over.

Because life will not always say 'yes'.

Sometimes exams will be failed, sometimes opportunities will be missed, sometimes you will be rejected in interviews, relationships will break and dreams will take time.

Success makes us happy.

But learning to handle failure makes us strong.

That five-year-old boy outside Costco was not just selling chips.

He was practicing courage.
He was collecting 'noes’.
He was learning perseverance.
He was getting ready for life.

So instead of just asking our children,

"Did you win?"
Let's sometimes also ask,

"Did you try again after failing?"

Don't just raise a child who is prepared only for success.

Raise a child who is not afraid of failure.

Salute to that teacher.
Salute to his parents.
And salute to that little boy, who taught the big world a very big lesson:

URGENT: Please help us locate my brother-in-law, V.S. Balasubramanyam (Bali), a US citizen of Indian origin.
Bali was travelling with the Isha Foundation S3 Kailash/Mansarovar group.
His last known phone location, confirmed to his family by Andhra Bhavan, New Delhi, was the Chinese Immigration Centre at Gyirong, Tibet, on the morning of August 26, when the devastating flash flood struck.
His family has had no contact with him since, and his current status is unknown.

This looks like a regular IT server room.

But it is actually the main avionics compartment of an Airbus A350, a rare view into what sits at the very front of the aircraft, directly beneath the cockpit floor.

Inside are 22 purpose built computing modules made by Thales, each costing more than $100,000+

They host multiple aircraft systems, processing everything from flight controls and landing gear to hydraulics, fuel, electrical systems and flight warnings.

All of them are connected through a dual redundants AFDX network, with 14 switches and 29 remote data concentrators distributed throughout the aircraft.

Keeping this computing architecture running requires an estimated 50-60+ kW of electrical power. The electricity keeping all of this computing hardware alive is generated in real time from the aircraft's two engines.

Each engine mechanically drives two generators through its accessory gearbox, giving the A350 four generators capable of producing up to 100 kVA each.

That electricity then flows through the aircraft's power network, where transformers and rectifiers convert it into the different AC and 28 V DC supplies the avionics need. And if those generators fail, the aircraft has layers of backup power, including the APU and, in an extreme emergency, a ram air turbine that deploys automatically if all systems fail.

The A350 has two independent avionics cooling circuits, heat extraction fans and backup airflow paths to keep the computers within their operating limits.

So the next time you hear the word autopilot, remember what it really takes to make an Airbus A350 fly itself, An entire architecture of computers, networks, redundant power and cooling, hidden beneath the floor where no passenger ever sees it.

❇️ హైడ్రా పునరుద్ధరించిన ఉప్పల్ నల్ల చెరువు జలకళను సంతరించుకుంది.ఇటీవల కురిసిన భారీ వర్షాలకు ఉప్పల్ నల్లచెరువు వరద నీరుతో నిండింది. భారీ మొత్తంలో ప్లాస్టిక్ వ్యర్థాలతో నిండి మురికి కూపంగా మారిన ఈ చెరువును హైడ్రా పునరుద్ధరిస్తున్న విషయం అందరికీ విదితమే. ఈ క్రమంలో వర్షాలు పడినప్పుడు వరద నీరు చెరువులోకి చేరేలా.. తక్కువ మొత్తంలో పారే మురుగు నీరు బైపాస్ చేసిన కాలువలోంచి బయటకు పోయేలా కాలువలను హైడ్రా అభివృద్ధి చేసింది. దీంతో ఇటీవల కురిసిన వర్షాలకు ఎగువున ఉన్న ప్రాంతాలు నీట మునగకుండా వరదనీరు నల్లచెరువుకు చేరింది. ఉప్పల్ నల్లచెరువులో 10 ఎకరాలకు పైగా ఆక్రమణలు తొలగించి 70 ఎకరాల వరకు విస్తరించిన విషయం విదితమే. సుమారు రూ.20 కోట్ల వ్యయంతో హైడ్రా ఈ చెరువును సమగ్రంగా అభివృద్ధి చేస్తోంది.

❇️ ఉప్పల్ నల్ల చెరువుకు ఎగువున ఉన్న నాచారం చెరువుతో పాటు పరిసరప్రాంతాల నుంచి వరద నీరు వచ్చి చేరేలా రెండు ఇన్లెట్లను హైడ్రా అభివృద్ధి చేసింది. అలాగే చెరువు నిందిన తర్వాత వరద నీరు సాఫీగా మూసీకి చేరేలా ఔట్లెట్ను కూడా తీర్చిదిద్దింది. నీటి నిల్వకే పరిమితం కాకుండా, ప్రజలకు విశ్రాంతి, ఆరోగ్యం, వినోదం కల్పించేలా చెరువు చుట్టూ వాకింగ్ ట్రాక్, పటిష్టమైన మెయిన్ బండ్, పిల్లల కోసం ప్లే ఏరియా, ఓపెన్ జిమ్ వంటి సదుపాయాలను ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్నారు. కుటుంబాలతో కలిసి ప్రశాంతంగా గడిపే ఆహ్లాదకరమైన ప్రదేశంగా ఉప్పల్ నల్లచెరువును తీర్చిదిద్దుతున్నారు. హైడ్రా తొలి దశలో అభివృద్ధి చేస్తున్న ముఖ్యమైన చెరువుల్లో ఉప్పల్ నల్లచెరువు ఒకటి. ఇప్పటికే మూడు చెరువులు ప్రజలకు అంకితం కాగా, అదే తరహాలో ఉప్పల్ నల్లచెరువు కూడా త్వరలో నగరానికి మరో అందమైన జలవనరుగా మారనుంది.
