@quickheal software UX seems to have been done by AI, because they have no regard for usability. Constant notifications, and renewal notices that sit above everything else.
Used to be a reliable antivirus but it's horribly frustrating to use now.
@Ubisoft really needs to improve their desktop app Ubisoft Connect. It takes ages to load every damn time. Instead of putting millions into new games maybe improve your existing services and caveats
@Ubisoft Not to mention I started the game Ghost Recon Wildlands and it just never finishes loading. Truly disappointing from one of the biggest gaming companies in the world. @UbisoftSupport
Does @makemytrip have a support team at all? Because their dark UX is preventing me from getting any help at all.
Clearly being a loyal customer to these companies don't seem to have any value to them.
