At Partners Foundation, our mission is simple: to provide high-quality supported accommodation and work hard to make a difference in the lives of our tenants.
Our tenants have a diverse range of needs, and we are committed to ensuring they receive the right support for independent living. To achieve this, we maintain open communication between our team and tenants, carefully matching each individual with a property that best suits their requirements.

Mental health doesn’t stop at the doorstep. Neither should support.
Every day, supported living services help people navigate the realities of mental health with dignity, safety, and respect.
It’s more than housing. It’s a foundation for healing.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re supporting every tenant and every support worker walking beside them.
Let’s keep the conversation going.
Share this and help us spread awareness 🙌🏻

Spring is here, but mould doesn’t take a break!
Did you know mould can grow in just 24-48 hours in damp conditions?
Stay vigilant:
▶️ Wipe condensation off windows daily
▶️ Use a dehumidifier in bathrooms or basements
▶️ Ventilate rooms well
Spotted mould? Clean it immediately. If it keeps coming back, call our office ASAP!
What’s your top tip for keeping mould away? Share below!

Supported housing is at breaking point!
One in three providers closed schemes last year due to 75% funding cuts since 2010, putting 70,000 homes for vulnerable people at risk.
It saves £15,500/person yearly—yet faces closure.

Today, we say goodbye to Darren, Wigan’s beloved Latics legend.
Your smile and love for the Tics warmed us all. Connah’s tribute said it best: ‘A true legend.’
After a community’s search and a tragic loss in the canal, we honour you at your funeral today. Rest in peace, Darren. 💙
