@BetterDwelling I thought Canada was in an affordability crisis ... I you want more demand ?

[Pascal @PascalLapointe1]

@DeanAllisonMP No it is by design but yes increasing at a very alarming rate for the regular citizen but by design of our government

[Pascal @PascalLapointe1]

@JayGenXer So Canada and M2 (printing money) is not in any way responsible ?

[Pascal @PascalLapointe1]

@Zatara9628 @BNNBloomberg They print money instead
M2 has been growing at 6.5% average per year...so it's normal to have less purchasing power instead (cost & inflation) and asset growing at around the same pace (house affordability crisis) 🤷

[Pascal @PascalLapointe1]

@Tesla What the hell 😳😳😳 did I just watch !!??

[Pascal @PascalLapointe1]

@stephanebruyere C'est le début de l'inverse d'une surenchère ? Les vendeurs commencent à orienter leur bris vers le bas ?

[Pascal @PascalLapointe1]

@ShaziGoalie Well yes but what the consequence of that ?

[Pascal @PascalLapointe1]

@ShaziGoalie I mean this is still very concentrated in a very few area no ? When speaking for Canada this situation differ very from where you look at this, some places still have value increasing each year

[Pascal @PascalLapointe1]

@ericvideos91 Yes !

[Pascal @PascalLapointe1]

@RichardDias_CFA From ?

[Pascal @PascalLapointe1]

[Pascal @PascalLapointe1]

[Pascal @PascalLapointe1]

@ExnerPirot Import is fuck no ?

[Pascal @PascalLapointe1]

@Tablesalt13 For Quebec citizens... Not nice

[Pascal @PascalLapointe1]

@MarkJCarney Thanks Mark ! Systemic Failure = it has not been considered normal for a large percentage of the population in a developed country to rely on social benefits or charity just to eat 🤷

[Pascal @PascalLapointe1]

@ZeroFox_08 If they own asset immigration is good for them but bad the general citizens 🤷

[Vesper @vesperdigital]

[Pascal @PascalLapointe1]

@BoomerDivvies Do not define it by a sum of money, but rather by the possibility of travelling around the world, learning and living multiple experiences, without time constraints to meet your basic needs (food, accommodation, etc.).

[Pascal @PascalLapointe1]
