ตลาดตอนนี้กำลังเริ่ม “มองเห็นรอยร้าว” ใน private credit ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในเสาหลักของ liquidity ยุคดอกเบี้ยต่ำที่ผ่านมาค่ะ 🫩

สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นในช่วงต้น April 2026 คือ

Fed เริ่ม “ขอข้อมูล exposure” จากธนาคารสหรัฐเกี่ยวกับ private credit ไม่ใช่ panic mode แต่เป็น early risk mapping มากกว่า

และฝั่งตลาดก็เริ่มเลิ่กลั่กมี stress ให้เห็น

Blue Owl, BlackRock และ Cliffwater เร���่มจำกัดการถอนเงินของกองทุน หลังมี redemption request สูงผิดปกติ

นี่คือสัญญาณคลาสสิกของ liquidity mismatch
สินทรัพย์เป็น long-term illiquid แต่ funding เป็น quasi-liquid

ขณะเดียวกัน
executive ของ Apollo ออกมาพูดตรงๆค่ะว่า valuation ของ private equity โดยเฉพาะ software deals ช่วง 2018–2022
“อาจสูงเกินจริงทั้งระบบ” และ recovery ใน downturn อาจเหลือแค่ 20–40% 👀

ภาพใหญ่ตรงนี้สำคัญมาก

เพราะ private credit วันนี้ขนาดประมาณ 2 trillion dollar globally
และเชื่อมอยู่กับ pension, insurance, sovereign fund และ banks ทั่วโลก

นี่ไม่ใช่ niche market อีกต่อไป
แต่มันคือ “shadow banking layer” ของระบบการเงินยุคใหม่ค่ะ

มอง impact แบบส่องกล้องกันนิดนะคะ

1. US economy

ถ้า private credit เร��่ม tighten จริง
บริษัทขนาดกลางที่พึ่ง funding แบบนี้จะโดนก่อน

ปลายทางคือ
capex ลด
การจ้างงานชะลอ
default cycle เริ่มสูงขึ้น

มันคือ delayed effect ต่อ real economy ไม่ใช่ shock ทันทีแบบ banking crisis

2. US stock market (โดยเฉพาะ small-mid cap)

บริษัทที่ไม่ได้เข้าถึง bond market จะโดน squeeze มากสุด

valuation compression จะเริ่มจาก private market แล้วค่อย leak เข้าสู่ public equities

สิ่งที่ต้องจับตาไม่ใช่ S&P 500 ก่อนค่ะ แต่คือ breadth ของตลาด

3. Tech stock + AI narrative

นี่คือจุดที่ตลาดอาจ underestimate

private credit เป็น funding layer สำคัญของ AI infrastructure

ดีลใหญ่ ๆ อย่าง data center, GPU financing, hyperscaler expansion.จำนวนมากไม่ได้มา���าก bond market แต่มาจาก private credit

ถ้า funding layer นี้เริ่มตึง impact จะไม่ใช่แค่ valuation.แต่จะไปกระทบ “pace ของ AI buildout”.ซึ่งมี implication ต่อ revenue expectation ของทั้ง ecosystem
โดยเฉพาะบริษัทที่ leverage สูง เช่น Oracle หรือ AI infra players อย่าง CoreWeave

4. Gold + Silver

ถ้า scenario เป็น “credit stress แบบค่อย ๆ ลาม”

ทองคำจะได้ benefit จาก 2 ทางค่ะ

risk hedge

expectation ว่า Fed ต้องกลับมา dovish ในอนาคต

แต่ถ้าเป็น liquidity crunch ระยะสั้น
#gold อาจโดนขายก่อน (เหมือนปี 2020 phase แรก)

#silver จะ volatile กว่า เพราะมี industrial demand

5. Bitcoin + Crypto

อันนี้น่าสนใจค่ะ เพราะshort term
ถ้า liquidity ตึง crypto มักโดนก่อน

แต่ structural narrative ยังแข็ง
เพราะเหตุการณ์แบบนี้ reinforce thesis ว่า ระบบการเงิน traditional มี hidden leverage + opacity สูง

#Bitcoin ถูกมองเป็น neutral asset มากขึ้น���นบริบทนี้ เราน่าจะเห็น pattern แบบ

initial risk-off แล้ว crypto ลง

ถ้า Fed pivot expectation กลับมาละก้อ crypto มีแวว outperform ค่ะ

แต่อย่าต้องเข้าใจตรงกันนี้ดดดนะคะว่าตอนนี้ยังไม่ใช่ systemic crisis

Jerome Powell ยังบอกว่า risk ยังไม่ลามทั้งระบบ

Fed แค่ “ขอข้อมูลเพิ่ม” ไม่ใช่ emergency action

stress ยังอยู่ใน pocket ของตลาด

แต่สิ่งที่ตลาดเริ่ม pricing

นี่คือช่วง early stage ของ cycle
ตลาดกำลังเริ่มถามคำถามว่า
valuation ใน private market “จริงแค่ไหน”
liquidity ที่ดูเหมือนมี จริง ๆ locked อยู่หรือเปล่า
AI boom ถูก leverage ไว้มากแค่ไหน

สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นอาจไม่ใช่ “collapse ของ $2T market” แต่คือการเริ่ม “reprice risk” ของทั้งระบบที่ถูกกดดอกเบี้ยมานานหลายปี 🤔

ถ้า liquidity ยังอยู่ อาจเป็นแค่ soft reset
ถ้า liquidity หาย อาจกลายเป็น chain reaction

ตอนนี้ตลาดยังอยู่ตรงกลางระหว่าง 2 scenario นี้ และเหมือน #Fed เองก็เริ่ม “อยากเห็นของจริง” มากกว่าฟัง narrative ละค่ะ 😊
