@jvposter @MBTA You know what? You’re absolutely right! You’re not a transit administrator. As we recover from over 2 decades now of underfunding caused by Charlie Baker combined with massive big dig debt, again caused by Baker, it may take a bit to start to see change.

- no changes have been made, no new funding raised.

During this time, basic infrastructure was neglected, scrapped or sold off. All the MBTA’s snow fighting cars are now in Maine

Massachusetts.

When the cost of the Dig went dramatically over budget, Baker set up GANs or Grant Anticipation notes. These were investment vehicles backed by future federal highway dollars
