Everything that Congress has done in the past, was to benefit the health insurance companies, using taxpayers money (adding to the debt) to funnel to the insurers, who would then launder it back into Congressional campaigns.

A complete SCAM.

No competition.

A rigged system, controlled behind the scenes by the Rockefeller medical industrial complex, treating the Treasury like their personal piggy bank.

Trump is CUTTING OFF these money streams of “stolen” taxpayers money and returning it back to the people.

Trump is “showing” the people that the money belongs to them, not the government.
In every possible way, Trump is stripping power away from the government by returning the money to the people.
It’s the same with the coming “dividend” payments.
