@JoannAriola32 @NYCSanitation Still no garbage cans and constant dumping in the Plaza with the Key foods in Rockaway Beach from the illegal dollar vans that are completely unrelated and also there are still NO GARBAGE CANS in a 10 block radius but I’m sure my legal business will get a ticket for their garbage
