@MicaRedress I have just scan read the latest version of this bill. It is beyond comprehension how badly off the mark this is. If this passes into law it will definitely be the biggest case of ‘I told you so’ ever in Ireland. Clowns and circus comes to mind.

Even if you're not interested in the Defective blocks issue... You should be interested in government plans to spend billions of your money replacing houses on foundations that may well fail too. Do you not think it would be prudent for this to be investigated further?
