Re GSW numbers - We live on the adage of the Dearne area near Pottery Ponds at Swinton S64 and we used to get regular daily garden visits to feeders by GSW until a couple of years ago.

@carloslad91 Carl - thanks for the update. We were up there again this morning and got stonechat, w warbler etc but no whinchat! Plenty of moulting mallard on the pond and lots of red leg partridge. Highlight 2 spot fly on wires west of the track approaching the Lodge from the south.
