Wew. Introduction and one story gone through yet again. More things to find and correct. Also can't ever leave it alone... Ah, well. Moving onto the next... #WritingCommunity#Writing
@Molimay2 For me, it's an experiment. Generally speaking, it's a series of short stories celebrating the mundane in an otherworldly setting. Light fantasy and slice-of life in a way that bridges the two together to give common ground to fans of both camps. Because, why not?
I haven't tweeted in awhile, so I might as well. Finished and mid-way thru editing this last minute replacement story for my #wip before the final revision, and then it's ready, as I've said 50,000 times already... #writing#WritingCommunity
And I still need a book cover.
Got an bit of a shock today.
Waiting at the bus stop and looking at my phone, when a bloody rabbit runs between my legs and hops out across the street and into the lawns of the other houses there. That's one thing I wasn't expecting.
Nature's alive today, at least!

That mood when you write a scene and you're quite pleased with it, and when you look at it for the second pass, you end up copy and pasting like a 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle that paints different pictures when the pieces are put in different places... #writing#WritingCommunity
Sitting on my balcony recovering from the flu. Miserable. There is also haze from nearby Ontario forest fires. Sort of meditating and taking in the day.
Open eyes. 20+ dragonflies flying about me. No pigeons or lost bees. Welcome visitors.
Bliss for a currently miserable man.
I just saw Beamens gum at a Dollar Tree. The last time I saw Beamens was back in 1993 at Wink's (was renamed Mac's, then became Circle-K) while buying snacks and an OMNI magazine of all things.
30 years. Talk about #nostalgia and realizing I'm that old...
Writing in silence with a fountain pen and paper, with the rain pouring down outside, lights off, and for atmosphere, some candlelight. What a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. #writing#amwriting#WritingCommunity#amwritingfiction
Wonderful Friday. Walking down the sidewalk and who do I meet? The local muskrat from yesterday. Had to stop to take some snaps of the little guy. Or girl. I don't want to get close to a large rodent that can rip off bottle caps with its teeth... or my fingers. D:
Gone through and finally finished this #WIP's reivion pass. Now to make a replacement for one of the stories that doesn't hold up, and (hopefully) another final pass. Then its the other things. Such a long road... #amediting#WritingCommunity#writing#amwritingfiction
Supposed to get to 9 degrees celsius near midnight. Some of the buildings have disappeared into the mist. Give it a bit more, and I may be able to raise my hands and touch the clouds from the ground...
In celebration of setting up part of my home/writing office, I dug out my Royal 200 and banged out a random snippet of a scene using The Severis Tales characters. Typos and everything.

@theresalkrupp I often write stories by hand and even use a typewriter as a way of mental exercise, to try and keep focus. It's a lot more difficult to erase mistakes or story errors and therefore progress on a computer. Forces you to keep going and weave your way around them or work with them.
@klhicks912 Self-doubt and potential self-sabotage and a fear of judgement. Stems from social anxiety that I've had since I was a kid. I can't shift it. Sharing ideals or what I'm doing sometimes puts me on edge.
But I'm trucking along and doing my best.
