There was a second larger parcel that was separate from this that couldn't go through the door. Why couldn't they just post the one that fits through the letterbox and send back the one that doesn't? I now can't pick it up until Monday thanks to the strike.

@RoyalMailHelp I was due to have a game delivered today, but the postman has decided to send it back to the delivery office even though it didn't need signing for and it would definitely fit through the letterbox.

@AmazonHelp To add to this, I was charged for it on Friday and it's been preparing for dispatch since then. Are you seriously telling me that they are holding it for a week just so they can deliver it on the day I was originally told I would receive it on.

@AmazonUK Why has my copy of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 on 4K Blu-ray not been dispatched and showing an estimated delivery of this Saturday when it is released today, I used Prime delivery, and if I were to order again it before 10am I can receive it today?

@AmazonHelp That's stupid. Pre-order's often show a later date but are sent out for release day. I could order it this morning and receive it today if I still had Prime. You have it in stock so why can't it be sent out now.

@AmazonHelp It say's Saturday, August 13th but I assumed this would change as it was a pre-order and that it would be delivered on the day of release. Anyone that orders it today can receive it tomorrow but mine won't arrive until Saturday despite the fact I pre-ordered. It's not right.

@game_collection I cancelled a couple of orders on Friday so I could take advantage of the 5% deal but they are still showing as on hold to cancel. The other issue is that when I made the original orders, the bonus £5 in rewards was given to me immediately which I have used.
