That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. Hire whoever you want. But don’t parade the candidates around social media. That’s embarrassing. Even LSU won’t do that. And you’re not LSU.
Get to know Head Baseball Coach candidate Kory Koehler.
As part of the search process, Brazosport College is sharing candidate biographies to introduce each finalist to the campus and community.

In 1825, a rich Welsh industrialist bought an entire American town to prove that socialism could work.
He had the money, the buildings, the theory, and hundreds of eager followers waiting to move in.
Two years later, it was over. 🧵
100% correct. But having a masters degree doesn’t make you an idiot. Just because someone else didn’t get one. It’s like the .220 hitter saying he’s a better hitter than the guy hitting .330. Your accomplishments are what they are. If you got a master’s. You did the work.
@Coach_Enriquez@PatWaer11@Batesole44 So many big moments and different roles.
Truly had 25 guys pulling on the same end of the rope.

Imagine being forced to give someone 6.2% of your paycheck, every single check, every month, for 30 to 50 years of your life.
And that person said, "Don't worry, I'm holding this for you and will pay it back to you on a monthly basis, when you retire at 65."
And then they said, "Nah, just kidding. I meant when you retire at 67. And at that time, I'll only give you 70% of what you paid me."
And then they said, "Oops, I spent all your money. You're out of luck."
That's the U.S. government.
When power 4’s get a commit from the portal “We got Our Guy!” Translation. We aren’t good enough to evaluate and develop talent. So we wait for someone else to do it then buy them. Coaches used to compete in recruiting. Now you write a check. Lazy Recruiting. $ covers it up.
All six starting pitchers that have been used by the teams in the College World Series Finals were recruited out of high school to their respective programs.
"I've always believed with my pitching background that if you're 17 or 18 years old, and you got command, and you know 90-92 with three pitches, that usually doesn't go backwards."
In fact, out of the last six teams to play in the CWS Finals (UNC, OU, LSU, Coastal Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas A&M) 15 of the 17 (88%) starting pitchers used on their first three gamedays in Omaha were recruited to their institutions out of H.S.
"It's good recruiting by both sides and I think that's why we're both in the finals,” Forbes added.
