@RyanLSack@QuakeH1M@BenOndaTop He had less than 100 at bats with Miami, KC, ATL, and SD then the .242 season which is close to average in this era of baseball = 750 at-bats. Those teams never were going to give him a fair shake.... they just wanted a mentor for their younger 1b prospects.
@RyanLSack@QuakeH1M@BenOndaTop We will have to agree to disagree..... I do think you're right where he was definitely at the end of his career but his final season he sported a BA higher than both Abreu and Walker. I still think he had one more decent year in the tank.... THEN reevaluate.
@RyanLSack@QuakeH1M@BenOndaTop I disagree. Its difficult to start over somewhere else....especially when you're expected to platoon with a guy that Miami planned for its future. (That guy didnt pan out either i think) I agree that his power dramatically decreased but he could still hit relatively well, imo.
@NiohBerg Its been reported that the migrants are kidnapping teenage girls and women and raping them on a daily basis too. Its awful. The police are way overwhelmed and the military there doesnt do anything unless theyre commanded by the Spanish government. Its sickening whats happening.
@libsoftiktok Its definitely closer than it should be. A lot of independent voters think who typically wouldn't vote for a leftist don't like Paxton, so they're probably voting for Talarico or not voting at all. I still think Paxton comes out with the win, but its going to be a close one.
Can't think of the last time we got a kid who was in the top 50 from that area. Its almost always Michigan or Ohio State who get these kids. Great pickup. ๐ฅ๐๐
