My salute to the Indian pilot Captain Smit Machchhar for his extraordinary bravery.
Despite being stabbed and seriously injured, he fought back, resisted, opened the cockpit door, and enabled passengers and crew to overpower the attacker — preventing a catastrophic mid-air disaster.
He saved the lives of 174 people, including Israeli citizens and other nationals.
I wish Captain Machchhar a speedy and full recovery.
He is a true hero.
How to succeed in life?

Simple rules, but difficult to master.

This guy literally explained why some people become successful… while others stay average.
And the reason is uncomfortable.
It’s not just hard work.
It’s not luck.
It’s Game Theory.
Once you understand this, you’ll start seeing the “game” behind success differently.

The older I get, the more I realize wisdom is just knowing what to ignore. Texts. Calls. Opinions. Drama. FOMO. Places that disturb your peace. People who drain you. Living simply and privately. Protecting your peace. That will do.
If you build all your relationships and investments with the idea that you should be able to “exit” anytime, you will never have a loving family, you will never have lifelong friends, you will never hit any financial home run, and you will never compound any great achievement. Success comes with commitment, and commitment comes with courage.
Your first attempt might not be very good, but nobody's early work is good. There will always be a gap between where you are and where you want to be. And the bridge between that gap is courage. The courage to look foolish in the beginning. The courage to show up again when your early work is criticized. The courage to look yourself in the mirror and say, "I realize I'm not good enough yet, but the only way to get better is to keep working on it."
The fastest way to change your psychology is to change your physiology.
Go outside. Move your body. Talk to people. Go for walks. Lift heavy things. Wander. Sweat. Smile.
To quiet the mind, busy the body.
