This week marks a full year since our first positive inpatient with Covid-19 at Leeds Teaching Hospitals. We have one of the largest Covid-19 testing laboratories in the UK and our team of dedicated laboratory staff have processed over 321,800 COVID-19 tests in the past year!

Did you know? Our histopathology lab at St James’s Hospital is one of the largest in the country processing over 1,000 pathology slides a day. These are digitally scanned thanks to a collaboration with @UniversityLeeds for faster more accurate diagnosis. #BiomedicalScienceDay2019
