IndiGo has confirmed (email + call) that they refunded ₹1,084 for PNR JCMJFE to Paytm on 28 Nov.
But Paytm has STILL not credited the amount and keeps giving generic replies.
This delay is unacceptable.
Please resolve this urgently. @DGCAIndia

It has been several days.

Kindly expedite the matter and provide a clear update at the earliest.
I am only requesting fair compensation for the inconvenience caused and the unserved destination.

Booked for Gorakhpur, sent to Varanasi, no refund or assistance.
